Welcome

At some stage in our development, we are presented with an opportunity to speak with a professional counselor. Elementary and Middle schools encourage children to sit down with a counselor to learn the essential skills of such things as affect regulation, organization and time management, frustration tolerance, and social skills. High schools know all too well that choices we make in adolescence could either lead us toward a bright future or far astray from our goals. Perhaps we find ourselves in adulthood when jobs, finances, relationships or vices motivate us to seek balance in our lives. There is no better time than now to finally sit down with a professional to talk about anything that has become an obstacle in your life.

As a rational emotive therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While I can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve life's challenges. By applying cognitive behavioral therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or if you are just ready to move into a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.  My office is now located at  LifeStance Health in Groton.
